Softwood which is cream or buff in color, with a fine even texture and straight grain.
Often used as a substitute for, or in conjunction with softwoods such as Hemlock, and Birch. It has excellent nailing and screwing properties and also laminates easily.
Will except stain or paint smoothly and evenly.
